I have a down load problem. I don't know what the technical name is, but anything that downloads by the same method as the C&O Alleghany route appears to download, and says it downloaded, but doesn't show up anywhere. I am technically inept, so make replies in simple language. Thank you. Kleedavenport

It should default you your downloads folder unless you changed it.

Do a search on your computer with the file name.
