"Crater" Problem

In some routes there happens to be a big "crater" that is directly underneath the route origin marker I believe. It is incredibly annoying and I would like to find out how to get it back to normal. I actually have had this problem before and I found out that when I delete/remove custom routes, the crater goes away. Here is a screenshot taken on the Blackwood Creek route:

Is there a way to fix this problem so I can keep my routes?

The way I do it-And this may be faulty- Is using the "raise ground height to track/road" tool. I set the radius to 500, and just click around until it gets back to normal. Or at least, normal enough.
Some of the more seasoned people here may be able to offer a better, faster option to fix this.

Okay thanks for your option on how to fix this. The only question I have with this is would this method just bring the ground back up, but flat? There wouldn't be any natural terrain when I do this correct?

Unfortunately, yes, the ground would be flattened. That is why I am wondering if there is another solution, since if not you would have to make the ground more "natural" again.

This is an interesting bug. Sometimes I have been able to fix it simply by restarting Railworks. Other times I had to re-download a DLC. Can't really say much on it...

This exact problem happened to me once with my Siskiyou route. It was the entire 0,0 tile, just as you have shown. If I recall correctly, I just exited Railworks, cleared the cache (which triggers a restart of the game) and that fixed the issue.

Okay I will try and clear my cache. I will let you know if it worked.

I once had this problem on my horseshoe curve route. I don't remember how I fixed it though... I either reinstalled the route or I did something else.

Yeah it's no big deal. Thanks for at least posting and giving some information. I will try and clear my cache and see if that works first. I've been very busy lately and I haven't found any time to do things on TS.

Okay I tried it out and it worked. Thanks for the help.
