DD35 Throttle Issue.

I was wondering why I was stalling on some grades, when I realized my DD35's throttle doesn't increase power after certain notches vs speed.
IE the throttle will increase power thru all 8 notches when going 25mph, but won't increase the amperage/power after about 40mph...
It's a speed dependent problem. The faster a person drives, the fewer notches work, until after about 50mph or so, you only get power up to notch 5. I've noticed the same problem with the SD60 triclops.

I haven't tested the UP GP35 yet that comes in the same pack.

I first noticed this in Quick Drive.

A little add-on info. I just realized today, that the DD35 is working fine in the first few minutes of play, but then the throttle starts "forgetting" the higher notches the longer you drive the train.
This is with a DD35, GP35, DD35B, GP35 and two Kuju SD40-2 lashed up for a total of 6 engines.
