Posted: Sat Jan 21, 2017 2:03 pmOne presumes that you have your files like stored in Documents or some such place? If so if you make a fresh installation it will have no effect on them. Not sure what you are trying to accomplish here.

Whatever it was (and fixed already) and guessing you meant installing a fresh TS2017 install from Steam like a file verification or from another of your hard disks (but fresh copy in some way):
1) All the DTG DLC that are in AP format will have your mods, as horns, sounds, physics or repaints, are safe and sound.
2) For the DLC that are not in AP format (a few ones), some mods will probably be overwritten (horns or loco physics for example) and other mods will not (repaints).
