[SOLVED] Donner Pass C44-9W Ditchlights not turning on?

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, is there a fix for it?
Yes I know its a repaint, but the SP version does this too.

Early versions of some DTG DLC locos didn't have working ditch lights.

Most likely the BNSF repaint of the Donner Pass Dash 9 that's in the file library, which means he's talking about the Donner Pass Dash 9.
