This has not been discussed previously more than a hundred times, but I have learned from experience that searching RWA is quite hit-and-miss, so I imagine that you will receive some helpful replies and links.

This may be one of the cases where simulation can't completely emulate real life.

Do you have lens flare turned on in TS 2016 settings? if Yes, try it without!
BTW most simmers complain about the lights being too dim!! !*roll-laugh*!
