You might try reading the RWTools manual. Open RWTools click on files click on open 2016 files. Go find your bin file. edit it there and then say save file. It will save the new file in the same location as your original plus it will make a .bak of the original in case you messed things up you can go back. You can do this as many times as you wish and it will keep making a series of numbered bak files.
