How do I replace the horn on the Miami To West Palm Beach?? my PROXYBIN isn't letting me change it

All of the files in M-WPB are set to read-only. Select both of the horn proxy files, right click them, and then move your cursor down to the "Properties" tab. Click on that, and a pop-up will appear that has two tiny checkboxes titled "Read-only" and "Hidden". Uncheck the read-only box, and there you go .

Few. That worked. Thanks!! I was getting so sick of the silly default horn

Umm, out of my curiosity, are the sound file possible mine? If so I thought I put in the readme 'disable read only on all the proxyxml's and proxybins'.

No came with the locomotives, and my horn

The Miami DLC has a pack .AP. So I don't understand why a file to be replaced, has to have the read only removed.
Any file outside the .AP and placed within the same folder structure (path), will replace any files of same names in the .AP.
