So for some reason my RW is crashing on startup about 4 seconds after I double click RW. I've verified my cache on steam a few times to make sure its all there which it is. I haven't made any modifications that should affect this lately so im not sure whats going on? Ive got the dmp file but don't know how to read them so I cant exactly see how the game is crashing. Unless someone knows a way to help me the only thing I can see that could work would be a full reinstall of RW.

Have you tried running the logmate.exe in the main RW folder and then launching RW? The log may give your more information that you could share here.

I forgot about the log mate hahaha, well here is what I got...not much really:
[RunTimeError 10:49:41 AM] Trace mdump.cpp : 422 = error handlers have been set
[RunTimeError 10:49:44 AM] Trace mdump.cpp : 381 = Dump taken

First verify local cache, then reinstall if that didn't fix it.
Are you sure there's only that in the log? That seems unlikely.
Look for a mention of PONTrack.bin.
Look for messages about duplicate scenarios in serialize database.

That is quite literally the only thing that shows up, not anything more. Cache has been verified already with no luck. I guess a reinstall will be the only option then? First I have to remember to back up everything to do with the Montana Rail Link route and it's corresponding assets... At least I can clear out all the other useless assets and other items I never use anymore.

Sounds to me like the RW.exe itself is goofed up. Try deleting and verify again and see if that does anything.

it might be useful to run "windows" reliability history to see what module is causing the crash - click on that "fault" to give more detail.
It might be worth running sfc /scannow and chldsk/r and dxdiag (google all) as diagnostic tests.
Have you tried runnibg TS in Windows safe mode?
