Very strange. I just re-checked and all keystrokes A-D, W-S, Space, B, H, and the brake sets all work just fine.
I have accumulated 39 repaints of the F7 in the default folder and I don't recall ever having a problem with any.

Do you have the NERWCabviews folder installed in your Kuju\RailsimulatorUS\RailVehicles\Diesel folder?
