Oovee SD40 Bell Sounds

I bought the Oovee SD40 sound pack. I'm really enjoying it.

The replacement bell sound for the Donner Pass SD40 doesn't sound in cab. Outside, it's fine. With the Soldier Summit SD40T-2, there's ample bell sound both inside and outside.

This is a truly minor thing, as I don't sound the bell or horn at every crossing. I'm more interested in how to make the bell work from a programming point of view.
