Sometimes rolling stock merge into each other. If you would try to start the scenario, it would end with the saying; train derailed. Its no biggie, if it happens again just delete the merged stock and start again.

I was in the scenario when I took this picture I took it in Quick Drive. I was surprised that it gave me no error at all.

Did it spawn that way? I've had issues occasionally with not "clearing" points, yet being able to throw them and advance down a different track (there can be a small distance at switches where the wheels clear the points but the locomotive has not gone far enough to clear the switch points in the eyes of the game). I can go down the siding towards the freight cars but the F4 HUD shows that I'm still on the Main, advancing at the same rate. When I get to the freight cars I begin to pass right through them. I think this has always resulted in eventual derailment.
Pretty peculiar.

I've had the same issue on my Sherman hill, in a similar location in the yard. Multiple BNSF static consists were all mashed together. If it helps any, I don't think it has anything to do with that sound pack, as I don't have any sound or physics mods installed.

Suggestion:
Go into the scenario editor and see if you may have accidentally placed a pre-made SH UP tanker consist in the same space of track where the loco was dwelling. I've done that and the doggone thing still loaded, resulting in the bizarre picture you're showing. If that's the case, simply remove the tanker consist.
Hope this helps.
