No Answer From The Audio Shack

I tried contacting The Audio Shack regarding an update to the EMD 710 sounds, but never heard back.
Has anybody else tried contacting them recently? The update file I have refers to the P42DC set, not the EMD 710 set, so I'm trying to find out what happened.
In any case, the EMD 710 sounds are excellent.

I'm a beta tester and he hasn't sent me an update even if I tried to message him on Steam.

Did anyone ever hear back from the audio shack. I made a purchase and while the charge went through have not received the soundset. I have sent three messages but to date I have not heard back.

If you're on Facebook, you can try sending them a message there since they have a pretty active presence.

Well, dosen't repond or answer question on his facebook account either. It like it looks nice but you pull back the curtain and nothing is there.
Has anyone gotten a response per inquiry from TAS?

Sadly no, the customer relations and communication side if his buisness is lacking by quite a bit it seems. While the sounds are nice the packs I've got have all contained bugs which really take away from it, such as no sounds in notch 7&8 on the sd60. I don't think I can recommend buying from him anymore as he's put zero effort into fixing it or reply to comments or questions. Shame really, they are nice sounds.

At one time I had 710G3A sounds. But now they're gone.

Well, I got my download link yesterday (three days after purchase). No comments, just the download link. The sound packs came with no instructions or any documentation. However, at least I got the product.

it's assumed that you know the sound directories.

Why would anyone assume that?
