If you are going to get any help you will need to provide a little more information like where did you get this pack from and what is the name of it? Otherwise how are we to know why you are having a problem?

Thelocoshop? Any way this is normally fixed by making sure the number bin file is the name in the engine bin, after that make sure the number files in the number bin are the correct name
I hope this helps.

and I also have his Ferromex C40-8 pack and I'm not having the same problem of missing number broads.

also this is my first time trying to fix a problem like this, how do I check the .bin file?

It's not the bin file itself. The numbers are aliased to something else that you apparently don't have. You can open your bin file to read what's there by either using a utility program called RWTools or by using the serz tool in your Railworks folder. If you can find the line referring to the digits it will at least tell you what you are missing.

Pretty sure numbers have a dcsv (something along those lines) file that you open with notepad. The numbers should be directed to the UP folder.

The dcsv is only about what numbers are available, nothing to do with them not showing up. Look to the bin file to see why this is a bad upload.

I opened the DASH8_NS.bin file that came with the UP_C40-8_Pack with RW_tools, I don't know where I should be looking.
