I need help with 3rd party route that I downloaded from other site and it's RW Tennessee Pass 2. I have followed the instructions from readme.txt and for some reasons that the route did not show up in the menu with other routes. What I did with mine is to unzip the files to temporary folder on my desktop then copy the contents (files) from desktop to contents in Railworks also the same with Assets too. I did installed the freeware RW_Landscape from 3DTrains site. Is there a program that will check the route in Railworks just like the other program -- Route_Editor for Microsoft Train Simulator by Mike Simpson. I know Mike have one for Railworks but not for checking the route only checks the rolling stock to see if any missing. I don't think that there is one program for Railworks that can check the route to make sure no missing files. Let me know what else to look for to make sure the route is properly installed and will show up in the menu with other routes in TS-2016.
Thank you,
John

First check if you copied the files to the proper location.
It's possible you messed up and now have, for example, Railworks/Contents/Contents.

You should just copy them into your Railworks folder as you already have Assets and Contents folders there. If you look in your Railworks folder you most likely have 2 Assets folders and 2 Contents folders. They are probably named Assets1 and Contents1.

Already check to see if I have double folders of Asset and Contents in my Railworks folder and nothing to show double just a single folder in each. It should be okay but for some reasons still not show in " Drive " under Menu but it show in " Build " Also there is a file with " RailSim " by itself too. I am not sure what is " RailSim " but believe that is an older version of Rail Simulator before change to Train Simulator? If it is and where will this file put in? Under the main folder of Railworks?
Thank you again,
John

Inside the contents folder is a folder called routes. The Tennessee Pass route (the one with the long number) needs to go in there, In RWTools there is a tab called Route Building Tools. Click on it and it will have a choice of Check Routes or Scenarios. That will give you a list of all of the routes in your installation. If you have the TP in the right place it should show up there.

Thanks for the head up to run RW_Tools and show me a lot of missing files and I printed them in a total of 11 pages. Wow and I thought that if RW_Tools find missing files and ask me for permission to copy the files into this just like Route_Editor, Guess not.

Only the ones in magenta are missing. All the rest are just a listing of what is used.
