Miami P42DC Horn Sequencer Not Working

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but clicking on the horn sequencer in the cab, or pushing the C key on the keyboard, should result in the horn sounding and bell ringing for a set period of time.

I'm only getting the bell to ring, but the horn doesn't sound.

Is there a fix for this?
