Physx+cpu

I get this in the left side of my screen in the latest rw install. Physx + CPU. It will not go away even when I'm in the game. I have verified the files twice and still it's there. Any way to get rid of it? I have uninstalled and reinstalled not really sure why it is doing this now. It has not done it before. Huumm. Thanks for any help.

nvidia control panel
physx tab under 3d settings
3d settings in menu bar
uncheck show physx visual indicator
