I cannot repaint the Dash 9 anymore?

As the title says, i cannot repaint the dash 9 anymore, nor can I change anything and have it affect the repaint.
As seen, it does not change at all. Yes, I did save the DDS file and save it inside of RSBinTool.

Make sure that when you export as DDS it is actually saving the texture. Sometimes when I repaint, the DDS continues to fail to save, and when I import to RSBinTool it will import the texture before I repainted. I haven't really found a fix for this myself yet but ways I get it working again are more complicated than they probably should be

I mean, it does save and I see my progress when I import to RSBinTool, but when I go in-game, it fails to load the textures.

You cleared the blueprint cache of course

Once in TS2015: Settings->Tools->Clear Blueprint cache

while in RSbintool ,save the DSS file.it will ask you if you want to save it (yes) after you close out .It should show up in your texture file as a DSS.
