I am here first time. So, I understand not about problem of ACS-64. I show this my video
How to fix of couple wagon..? Sorry, i write bad english text.

Sadly a known issue with the amfleet cars.

Yes, i read this links..! Good..! But....

IMPORTANT; Install Instructions; REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CREATE BACKUP FILES TO REVERT TO INCASE THE INSTALLATION DOES NOT WORK AS PLANNED!

1. Open the following directory: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\NewYorkNewHaven"
2. Then open the "Railworks_ACS-64_Traction_Physics_&_Sound_Mod_Update.rar" file.
2a. Before proceeding to step 3, make sure your "RSC" folder is NOT set to "read only". You can change the folder settings using the properties function. IF the "RSC" folder is read only, the files will not overwrite existing files when you attempt step 3.
3. Drag both file folders ("RailVehicles" and "Audio") from the .rar in step 2 into the directory you opened in step 1. Overwrite if asked.
4. The installation should be complete. Run TS2015 to check.

I found not "RailVehicles" and "Audio" folder from "NewYorkNewHaven" folder, because NewYorkNewHavenAssets.ap, only!

Unpack the .ap with Z-zip or winzip. It is just a fancy zipped up folder.

Thanks... oh my gott to hard..! Why make not from Steam??
Frist say Error over tracks.bin.. touch F2..! Work all fine..!!
