SD70 10-Engine Expansion Pack v1.0 - CN & NS Lighting Issue

I'm having two problems with the CN & NS engines, one of which I solved.

First, I was having a problem with the cabview. Once I left the cab, I couldn't get back in. This issue I solved via the engine.bin file.

The second one I need some advice with. I can't get the improved lighting to work with either of these engines. I can only get the default weak headlights.
