Making new train consist crash!

Hello, i was trying to make the CSX GP15 reskin show because it only shows the defualt gp15 skin. but after installing the CSX GP15 reskin onto Railworks, i went onto the "create new" to make a new train. but when i click on a loco, the music skips, then continues, but then it just freezes up.
2 questions-
1.) How do i make the GP15 CSX reskin show
2.) how can i make the crashing stop!
