Springfield Terminal GP7 problem

I downloaded the ST gp7 repaint and at first I had missing textures. I redownloaded and installed again now the missing textures no longer appear.
The new problem I have is the engine won't run. I can't release the brakes or turn the direction lever and it seems like the engine is not running.
I did download the gp7 engines called for in the installation instructions.
Any Ideas to get it running would be appreciated. I would love to have this engine running in my VNHRR route.

Problem was operator error
You have to throw three switches on and drive the engine inside the cab. No HUD
