Ohio Steel 2 Crashes

I picked up Ohio Steel 2 in the sale and have started going through the scenarios. I'm having a problem where it crashes to the desktop mid scenario. It happened in the second and third scenarios but I was able to restart from a save and continue. I'm now part way through scenario 4 and I can't get past a certain point. I've searched for the dreaded PONTrack.bin but didn't find any. Also, 3 and 4 are an out and back set, so I was able to get past in 3 but I don't know if I had a problem there or not.
Any ideas??
Thanks.
Attached logmate file.

I did look at their web page first. I looked again and still don't see anything. It does say that the steam version is up to date with all the patches.
Did I miss something?

Have you verified the local files in the Steam client?

OK, just verified local files and it still crashes. I had run a couple of other scenarios without problems but got to 7 (I think) and it's crashing a one spot as well.
Any other ideas? I went ahead and installed scalerail again since it show as a problem in logmate but the folder tree looks very odd.

Sorry to drag this back up but I'm still having problems. I was able to finish the scenario on Ohio Steel by lowering the scenery distance and details. Could this be caused by my graphics card having only 1 GB? Anyway, I have done several scenarios on various routes since this happened. Last week I tried running a workshop scenario on Majestic Falls (Majestic Falls Lumber), I was able to pick up the cars in the logging area and and get a bit further down the line but then had the same type of error as above (freeze, crash). I tried lowering some settings but was never able to get past that point. I know I've been through that point on several other scenarios without issue. I gave up and did some other workshop scenarios without issue. Then tonight I was running a scenario on Portland Terminal and had the same issue again part way through.
I verified the files when I had the problem with Ohio Steel but not since then. I don't think that's the problem since it wasn't with Ohio Steel.
My graphics card is a 560TI with 1 GB of memory, I have 8 GB of RAM. My processor may also be the problem as it is only a 2.53 GHz Core2 Duo.
It appears to be a hardware problem but I'm not sure which component. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The problem is with the Steam release in which RSC inadvertently removed the copy of trackrules folder (based on the above logmate.txt). It was supposed to have been "fixed", but it would appear that you still have an unpatched version.

Is there any way to fix this? Does it make sense that I was able to eventually get through the scenario by lowering my settings?
Thanks for the help!

If you do not have the folder mentioned (it might be within an AP file), then I would email Dovetail.
