It means that your graphics card is slowing your CPU down like a traffic bottleneck. Try this test. https://pc-builds.com/bottleneck-calcul ... 1920x1080/ The most common type of bottleneck in a computer is people having a too powerful of graphics card for the CPU meaning that the CPU cannot keep up delivering instructions to the GPU but this time the 3 of us are the other way around where the GPU cannot keep up with the CPU. I don't know whether this matters with TSC but I run other modern games.

I did the bottleneck test my self. Current config shows CPU about 50% efficient and the GPU at around 100% efficient. With the 3060 it shows 100% efficient for both. I have a few things around here, enough for a yard sale. Maybe I can get one sooner. Thank you for the heads up.
