So it's YOU who stole our locos.

Since I have it on my machine I suspect the problem is not with RSC but I might be wrong. None of us were trying to make fun of you.

Well, just to add, I don't have it either and I downloaded it several times. It's always with missing portrait picture and then the loco just doesn't show up at all when the scenario is loaded.

If all that is missing is the loco info and picture then its possible RSC has not gotten around to add one yet. Remember you can always add your own while you wait.

It's unfortunately not just the portrait picture, the entire loco does not show up in the game when I load a scenario, just like with the SD70ACe RG / UP. :)

hmm...

So if you open up the scenario editor, do you see the locomotive in the list? If so can you place it on the tracks? I have a suspicion that the file structure for the model changed, but the scenario is looking for it in the old location.

I am just theorizing here (while at work).

Which scenario is it that you are trying to load?

All the locos are on the list.

None show in the scenario editor when the boxes are checked.

One more step. Take the loco from the list and set it on the track. Does it show?

The locos packs are in the Right List not the asset list on the left.

I am out of ideas for the moment.

Have you contacted RSC support about this?

I know that experiences with RSC support can vary, but out of the three times I worked with them on problems they were responsive, and in two of the cases they were able help resolve my issues.

Did you get the standard boiler plate back? If so, keep pestering them for attention. They cannot close the case if you do that. List for them everything we have spoken about here, but don't link to this thread, they will not read it. You will need to hold their hand through it.
