inexplicable (so far) failure to run

I am getting confused by all this. I am at work so please excuse me as I grabed someone else's screen shot from RWA.

Ignoring the popup error message in the image do you see the TS2012 dialog and what happens when you press the button I have highlighted in red with the big arrow?

I did do a system disk defrag, then deleted TS2012, reloaded all files and amazingly it works! I have no idea what is going on and I will keep a close tab in the future but, for now, it works and I'm back in business. Sorry for the diversion.

I solved the problem by defragmenting my disk, deleting TS2012 files, then reloading. Works like a charm. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks to all who offered assistance.
