Big problem with Searchlight Simulations

Thanks Kevin for your reply. You know how I've appreciated your engines since the beginning. I didn't receive your message at my email address, don't know why!!! Then I apologise if I hurt you because of that controversy and my hard words. That said I can't use any engines using a serial code in my TSC. After a peculiar problem two weeks ago I had to uninstall and reinstall TS on my PC. Not sure if it has anything to do with since I did not use the SS engines for a while before the crash. Anyway, I just want to play with those engines I purchased from SS and receive the necessary initialization which is not the case currently. Now about the valid order number, I didn't take note of it when buying, my mistake. I'm surprised you found the number for the AC4400 but not the BN and BNSF bundle. I suspect you having the wrong email address. I could give you it in a private message if you're a RWA member. Let me know please.
