Yeah, generally I manually install anything distributed like that, note down what I'm installing and then make a rwp of it, and then install that. Uninstalling is easy then down the road when I've forgotten what the package contained.

Just started doing that myself, I've also 'Bundled" similar assets into my own rwp, like all the hopper repaints, etc.
