career scenario tracks bin

IN the Bernadino route in career mode the ns dash9 climbing over cajon scenario Gives a unable to load file :track bin. error. It is not playable. It also occurs in the front and back and race to the summit career scenarios. Has anyone had this problem? Thank you.

you might need to verify and clear cache. sounds like RW has changed something to me. Seems to happen a lot now, I spent numerous hours creating a scenario , didnt use RW for 2 days, loaded it and got SBHH . Had to verify and clear to get it working again. No idea what it is doing

If I verify files it will change the things I fixed in the game. That means that all my cab-views sounds couplers etc Will be gone. It looks like a railsimulator problem to me. I just wanted to make sure it was not just mine.

Well mark that did work but as I said I lost all my changes now to reinstall all of them.

Hello kevhead,

Verify files is doing exactly what it is 'supposed' to do, nothing new about it removing user changed files.

It checks all RailWorks supplied files and if it finds any changed from the original installed version or any missing, it/they will be replaced. Some have reported that at times it does require running the verify a few times to get all files back to their original states (i.e. none missing).

Yep. The file that did it was a add on from an old rail simulator thing that changed the default containers to ones that looked like real ones on the railroad. Oh well back to the not so real looking containers. Evidently during the course of updates from rail simulator the bin files changed so much it conflicted with each other and wham o. Oh well just in case any one wanted to know. It is the news s us container pack. Its for original rail simulator but any who there you are.
