InterCity Express DLC won't work as expected?

Hi. Yesterday I purchased the InterCity Express DLC on Steam for $27.99 and DLed the 90 MB, and it KINDA worked. The scenarios loaded in properly, along with the 4 trains I noticed in the train list (which are DE InterCity Express, DE Ice [i think], DE Ice-rev, Super Express Concept [i think]). I can't remember all the names of them, but when I tried to spawn them in the German template, the trains weren't there. I used Hagen to Siegen, but it still doesn't show up in the loco list. I really need help with this because I wanted to test the speed of the trains. Also, there aren't any free roam scenarios for the trains. Please help. Thanks.

Please. I really need help with this. It's like they ripped me off. I expected to be able to spawn the train in my route but I can't. Again, please help. Thanks
