How much time did you give him to respond?
He does not always respond right away but he always does and never has there been a problem with him. Give him enough time and then resend your email after enough time has passed.

First, I've got all of Lord mannu's products and I've never had a problem with him.

Just an FYI, if you're copy and pasting the password, make sure you don't "pick up" any extra blanks at the beginning or end. That happened to me a couple of times.

not sure what u mean about the blanks? I just started at the beginning and highlighted the whole thing and copied and pasted it. It is very long but I have tried several times and says wrong password. If any one can help me out maybe I should try to type it in. !*roll-laugh*!

Yea that's nice but he went beyond all of this and helped me like he was my friend. He did not stop till I had them running. I will recommend his add on's anytime. I guess I'm still in a little shock. Things haven"t been going well today. But he has made my day. He was very nice to me and hawk knows how i can be sometimes. I get flustered kind of easy. !*roll-laugh*! Please support your local rw people. This is only going to get better. !*brav*!

Also, when I bought a train from him and it woudn't run in the sim without crashing it with a SBHH error message he sent me my money back.

I had bought his biggest diesel, bigger then a Dash 8.

You mean the DD440AX? A fantastic locomotive. Sad you couldn't get it to run, I love it. It's a monster! Maybe the new version that Cesar is working on will run for you.

So, Kev, you did get things fixed up? Cesar's a good man. Never lets anyone out in the cold. !!*ok*!!

Sometimes when I copy a long set of characters the cursor goes one space paste the end of the character set and includes that space at the end of the copied line. That space makes the password invalid when pasting it back.

The same thing happens here at the RWA forums, if you were to request a new password. If you copy the password from the email it will most likely add that extra space at the end.
What I've found to be a big help is copy the password from the email, paste it into Notepad and hit the backspace key one time, then copy it from there. You have much better control of copying from Notepad than you do most email software.

I've run into this issue a few times with members here. *!!wink!!*

That's what I resorted to doing too, once I figured out I was picking up an extra space from E-mails sometimes.

The biggest issue is the formatting of the text, which is the most common error when pasting from an email in Rich Text Format to a field that expects ASCII characters. If the password is long, you can copy and paste to Notepad (not Wordpad), which will force ASCII, and then re-copy and paste the text from Notepad to the password field. Works every time.
Cheers!

Thanks 4 the tips guys. He sure was nice about it. I have never had any trouble with downloading stuff so I was a little panicky. !*hp*! :D He did everything he could to help me. I now have a scenario with them on the hsc route. They look good. I can't wait till he upgrades them.
