New Jersey Coast Line Error Message

I selected the "Northeast Corridor" scenario which starts out at Newark Penn station. Upon opening, the ALP-45DP has the Pantograph raised and the diesel's off. I set my controls, released the brakes and get underway. No problems. About a mile out from the station, I get an error message. See attached pic. So I go to the Academy but can not specifically find a tutorial on the ALP. I've had zero problems in driving electric loco's over the countless years, but perhaps I have missed something with this loco, however, I don't get this error message driving this loco in other NJCL scenarios.

I thought I would modify (delete) this message so I opened the scenario properties XML file to find the wording, but I could not locate it. Does anyone know in which file it is located?
