Montana HiLine Route.

After the last DTG update a few months ago some people are having trouble not being able to load this route myself included. A bit of history here. This route was one of the routes with the BNSF embargo on it for the ROW also DTG haven't done their homework properly. A couple of the routes that I have that were also affected were Marias and Stevens Pass. DTG has been through the routes on Steam and deleted I would think the ROW ones so now only one route shows up but they have missed the Montana one. See screenshot. Someone on Steam said to delete one of those routes for it to run yes that is all very well saying that because the route that runs is the one without the BNSF logos. OldAlaskaGuy has posted a link to a fix to make the route work which quite honestly is no need to if DTG had done their homework properly as already mentioned. Anyway, I have made a support ticket to DTG to fix this issue. A couple of screenshots one of Stevens Pass to show what the Montana route should look like and one of the Montana route.

I am not sure I understand what the problem is (I have read about it in Steam).
I guess you mean Hi-Line is not loading for some users located in USA (or licensed that way).
So far, my Hi-Line loads and plays perfectly.

In the recent past, DTG found a way to deal with that problem that was releasing the BNSF packages, that was not including the BNSF branding for buyers outside USA (I believe it also included Canada). Users found a way to apply modified branding textures.
I never understood why Marias Pass and other routes were not available outside USA, as it has no branding at all.

Isn´t this new Hi-Line issue coming from the scenario packs or ROW assets (whatever ROW means and which I don´t have)?

BTW, I consider Hi-Line the best route published for TSC. !!howdy!!

The problem lies in that DTG has not upgraded the route on Steam as they have done to other BNSF routes like Marias Pass and Stevens Pass etc. Stevens Pass for those of us outside the US used to look like Montana HiLine still looks like on Steam. I'm using The Stevens Pass screenshot to show how Montana HiLine should now look like for us outside the USA on Steam. I hope that I have explained this clearly enough. I'm not the best at explaining things. !*roll-laugh*!

After contacting DTG support there is nothing wrong with the route it is just that people outside of the US have been selecting the wrong version. It is hard to tell which version we need outside of the US because there is too much text to fit into the box so you cannot see which is the ROW one. DTG have told me which version to use see screenshot. I did ask them why don't they have it looking like Stevens and Marias Pass with just one version showing but they wouldn't answer that question. It would save some confusion.

I made another ticket about this route, not loading. It would start loading and after about 30 seconds the loading bar would stop moving. I wasn't the only person with this issue. They replied and said that they had tested it and found no faults. I also mentioned why they have not removed the ROW version as it is no longer needed from manage my DLC. For those outside the US, we still have both versions showing but the text with ROW on you cannot see as there is too much text to fit in the box. They said that they would remove it next time they reviewed the DLC on Steam. People are getting confused about which version to select.

Works fine for me now after a reinstall. I forgot to mention that.
