Developers updates post TSC update

Workaround for TSC update that broke the injectors on Smokebox's Big Boy, Challenger and FEF-3
The problem is in how the updated core handles the "size" value in the injector element of the engine simulation blueprint.

I discovered that if the value is 15 or less, it does work. So the workaround is to replace 78 with 15 and put up with less accurate performance, at least just to have the injectors working again.

I've posted another rwp, called "Smokebox_TSC_Workaround_For_Injectors_1May23.rwp", that contains the workaround versions of the engine simulation "bin" files for these three locos (if you don't own all three, don't worry, it does no harm to install them all):
