Invisible Pere Marquette Berkshire

Back on Christmas Day, I uploaded a video on YouTube of the RWA PM Berkshire, and I left a link to the engine in the description. Someone commented that they were having trouble installing the engine into TSC. They said that the they would get an error message when trying to load it in Quick Drive. They also mentioned that while the tender was visible, the Berk itself wasn't. For those of us who were around back when the PM Berk first released, this issue may seem familar.

Originally, the Berk would only show up in-game if you owned the RWA route, but the issue was fixed so that the Berk could work without owning the route. Though, it appears that some people are still having this issue today. Has anyone else had this issue? Any idea on how to fix it?

It shows up OK here so I'm just spitballing this but thinking it must have something to do with the preload. There are several Berks. Any particular one misbehaving?

Just the Pere Marquette one. I personally haven't had any problems with the model since it was updated back in August 2014, and it has worked just fine both before and after I bought the RWA route. I'm trying to fix the issue for someone who commented on one of my videos. Here's a screenshot of our conversation.
