Thank you for reaching out to us.
We can confirm from the receipt that you provided that you didn't buy the current "TS Classic Bundle" (including Bahnstrecke Leipzig - Dresden, WCML South, and Tehachapi Pass: Mojave - Bakersfield).
Instead, you bought "TS 2022: USA Edition" which came with:
The core game (+no content)
Northeast Corridor: Washington DC - Baltimore Route Add-On
Frankfurt - Koblenz Route Add-On
Hudson Line: New York – Croton-Harmon Route Add-On
Birmingham Cross City Line: Lichfield - Bromsgrove & Redditch Route Add-On
The confusion here is caused between the core game (Train Simulator Classic) and the current TS Classic bundle, effectively having the same name. We understand that this can be confusing from a customers' perspective, but Steam sees these as two distinct items. The core game has it's on "App ID" on Steam, but it is never for sale on its own because it doesn't have any content. Therefore, it is always bundled with other routes.
SteamDB allows us to see the breakdown of these different packages:
https://steamdb.info/app/24010/ - Train Simulator Classic (Core Game + No Content)
https://steamdb.info/sub/710747/apps/ - The current Train Simulator Classic Bundle
https://steamdb.info/sub/646285/apps/ - TS 2022: USA Edition
You can see from looking at the breakdown of the bundles that the core game (24010) is always included, but that is literally just the framework of the game with no content. This allows us to pair the game framework with new content each year, so players are not repurchasing the same content.
