Willamett Pass

Unread postby AmericanSteam » Sun Feb 20, 2022 4:13 pm

Just downloaded Willamette Pass by John Lippai, I installed the 2 .rwp files and it shows in the route editor but when selected to edit TS closes to the desktop, no error messages and it is the same issue in both 32 and 64 bit. Has anyone else had these issues and is there a fix?
Solved: I reinstalled both .rwp files.
This appears to be an extension of the Mount Shasta Line North.

Glad to hear you got it running. It's an old route, but is very well done considering the VERY limited assets available for TS at that time.

The route begins where the Milepost Simulation's Mt. Shasta route ends. The Willamette Pass route has a more faithful representation of the tracks in Klamath Falls than the new route.

I have taken the same manifest freight using a brace of SP SD40-2s from Dunsmuir, California across these 2 routes to Willamette Pass Oregon. A great complement to the Mount Shasta Line. I hope others will see this route as I do. A lot of newer assets can be added to spruce this route up a bit.
