EMD GP9 567 sound mod crashing game when attempting to use sander.

What the title says. I downloaded the mod from here https://mods.trainsimcommunity.com/mods/c1-train-simulator/c14-sounds/i992-emd-16cyl-567-engine-sound-pack-beta. The crash log is in a separate attachment, due to it exceeding the maximum character limit. The log included was recorded on the Donner Pass GP9, but the same crash occurs in other GP9s.
