Train Sim Drive Workshop Tab

This is probably a dumb question (actually, no probably about it ) - what, if anything, is supposed to be in the Workshop tab within the start menu? I thought I would have a look at some scenarios for the Wasatch Grade route, which I could mod or use as a basis for Mike's FEF etc. I couldn't find any scenarios in either Quick Drive or Standard, so I thought I would have a look in the Workshop to see what was out there, but opening the tab brings a whole lot of nothing. Buttons are greyed out and nothing is populated. Shows I have never used it in all this time, but I just cant devote hours to creating a single scenario. Anyway, here is what I get;

Is this normal? With what and how is it populated. Embarrassing after more than a decade I know

The Browse button should work.
Others are greyed out because you haven't published anything, and haven't subscribed to anything.
If this doesn't work, just go browse the Workshop on the steamapps web site.

I've had this happen on occasion. Despite having several UK, USA and German route DLCs, nothing is displayed yet upon going back into it then all kinds of WS items are in there. It has also happened when viewing Add-ons: Owned or Add-ons: Custom Owned (where you can select just one or more of the DLC you have).
