64-bit Not opening

I'm sure everybody knows about the current issue with TS2020 but I'm wondering if anybody having an issue opening the program via Steam in 64-bit? I just bought a new PC (Haven't install any mods yet) and try to run TS2020 in 64-bit but it will not load. The 32-bit works fine. I already uninstall and reinstall, reset my PC, clear cache, and looked through the forms seeing if someone had a similar problem or the answer. Does anybody know? Should I expect a update soon fro TS2020?

*UPDATE* I just tried to run 32-bit and no luck. Game crashes.
