P42DC TAS installation help?

So on the Empire Builder P42DC I want to add HEP to it. I tried watching an installation but failed and the RPM stays at 900. Any help on how to install it and yes I know I should not deal with them. Its just that there's no P42DC sounds out there that are good to me.

Download FanRailer's P42DC physics mod from the file library then only install the simulation file. That seems to work for me.
