Back in the day, several years ago when routes like this came on the scene, we needed a lot of Assets that aren't mentioned in the Read Me, as such, vegetation from RSDL and SAD - his German freeware route Altenburg - Wildau was used extensively for freeware content by many route creators in America, Britain and Europe, do you have any other old American Routes installed such as Port Ogden & Northern, or, Tennessee Pass, the C&O Allegheny route from Toripony, in your game, you need to download some of these to acquire Assets that make other layouts work properly.
Looking at your screenshot, it is also likely to be vegetation that is missing, grass, weeds, shrubs, bushes, etc, etc, as well as possible ground textures.

I have that route installed, I'll take a screenshot of that area and we can try and deduce what you are missing, stay tuned........... !!det!!

OK, here is my route with nothing missing -

You have got v3.2 installed, haven't you, as you appear to be lots of content missing, the roads, buildings, ground textures, all manner of things.

i found i need quite a few freeware items for this route to work. i don't have those routes installed right now witch i cant get right now. the freeware though should help get rid of the texture problems and from what i see missing in-game is a lot of missing textures more then objects or roads.
