RWTools packaging help please

so i was wondering is there a way to get RWTools to package more then just some scenery of a route? thats all i can ever get it to do, i was thinking all scenery and all rolling stock, im asking cause the people i asked about it use the utilities of RW and not RWTools....looking for a fast and easy way of doing it rather then hunting the stuff down
