PennCoal Dash 9 not showing up in World Editor

I had to delete the dash 9 folder from audio in PennCoal and then I copied the one from penncoalassets.ap and then I deleted the dash 9 folder from RailVehicles and then copied the one from penncoalassets.ap and after doing that the locomotive did show up in driver

Have you tried all locomotives? There are different versions for the PC Dash9s.

I have tried both versions
and when I installed the MLWAudio GEVO-12 sound pack the PennCoal NS ES44AC show up and they do work
