Liveries Dissappearing In Editor List

Today I placed a horn on a specific livery on two different loco reskins and they were missing in the game scenario editor list. I checked my proxys and they were correctly numbered and such. Never had this issue before.
A single track mind without proper signalling is a mind bound to derail.
