Here are my system specs:

GPU: Nvidia Geforce 7600GT
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo (Pentium D?)
RAM: 2GB DDR3
OS: Windows XP Home Edition x32

As you can see, my computer specs are a fair bit lower than his, and I am not getting this issue when making videos with Fraps. This is why I doubt it's system performance. Of course, I could be wrong.

The hard drive that I'm running Railworks off of and dumping FRAPS movies onto has about 1 terabyte of free space and my virtual memory is currently set at 4095 megabytes. Should I try increasing it?

Created a long consist (Union Pacific Monster Train) replicating the 295 well cars double stacked with 618 trucks vans.....

Always from the lead locomotive, we cannot "see" default cars about 80 cars back, despite full distance slider maxed, however certain higher quality freight cars like GTrax can be visualized even if beyond 80 cars. IMHO, 4GB plus Video card RAM do have certain limitations, drawing objects that far away, consider 80 cars can be as much as a mile or more away. Unless you're on Horseshoe Curve, seriously doubt older PC or VC will work, let alone handle the FRS issues.

Which is why my old machine, Win 7, 64bit, .756GB nVidia 260GTX, 4GB DRAM2, Duo Core totaling 2.67GHz just cannot handle the load for long, at 2-3 Frames per second, hardly worth it.

Hopefully this fall, will have a Intel 7 Quad with nVidia 560 2GB SDRAM3, with 12GB DRAM3 at 3.4GHZ will work, if it doesn't, maybe due to the limitation of RW itself, but then, this would be about the same time they may issue the major update, so will have to wait and see. I plan to attend services somewhere, if it does..... !*YAAA*!

Clickity-clack,

Peter
