Constant Crashing

Hey I know i haven't been posting, only lurking, but anyways I am having a problem with my railworks
Okay just to disclose this, as i have no idea if its related, the garage of my building was lit on fire maybe 5 or 6 months ago, and as a result my PC got filled with soot and for about a week after i got the soot cleaned out, the PC kept crashing, now its its stopped crashing and is running smoothly
anyways my railworks has always has issues with crashing, but recently its been crashing much more than usual, i dont have any mods installed, everything in is RSC, DTG, DTM or Kuju, basically everything you can get, or used to be able to get on the steam store.
it crashes on loading screens, when i tab out and after massive lag spikes while playing
i either get "railworks.exe stopped responding" or more rarely get the vertex buffer error thing, cant tell you what number or whatever is with it sorry
i would get some images of the error but normally when it happens, the screen goes black, i can tell what the errors are through that window preview on the bottom
I Know its really not much to work on I am sorry, but can you help me?

PC Specs:
PSU: Forgot the brand but its a 650W
OS: Windows 10 Home Edition x64
Motherboard: Gigabyte H97-HD3
CPU: Intel i7 - 4790
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 760 4GB
RAM: 16GB
1x 250GB SSD (OS is only on this)
1x 1TB HDD (Railworks is on this one)
2x 500GB HDD
1x 500GB External HDD (always plugged in)
Setup is dual screen (dunno if that changes anything)

EDIT: got an error screenshot, will add more if i see more
EDIT #2: Got the other error to occur, these are the 2 things that happen, nothing else occurs

Fail to create vertex buffer in TS 2016 is quite a common problem. I get it sometimes when I press the Windows key say to minimize the game so I can check my emails. When I press the windows key to go back into the game I sometimes get that message. If you type failed to create vertex buffer into google it will come up with lots of pages to view on this issue. okay I took a look at the thread and it explains the vertex buffer error, just TS2016 messing up when tabbed to put it as simple as possible

however the random crashes on loading mentioned were only to those on windowed and borderless, however I play it full screen and get them all the time?
