SD45-SP Bakers Dozen Pack by Marleyman locos have no response

I just downloaded and installed the SD45-SP Bakers Dozen Pack for the payware DTM UP SD45 and none of the repaint locos have any throttle response. The engine is running at about 380rpm, but when increasing the throttle lever nothing happens. Also the lights are already on and cannot be turned off. I'm wondering if this repaint pack is not compatible with TS2015/2016 as it was created for TS20123.

Why don't you try uninstalling and reinstalling, that might work, it worked for me a few times and I have the pack and it works just fine
