Odd Missing textures from the Pacific Surfliner

Hi All,
I have just deleted the surfliner route and the addons I had for because I was having issues with it loading and the Metro pack repaints. Well before I deleted I ran logMate to see what was going on and I noticed I was missing Route textures for the Surfliner Route. Well I deleted everything and verified the game cache to redownload the route and addons hoping this will fix the missing textures. I didn't fix anything. I attached the Log file in hopes that someone can help me Thank you

Check if you have unpacked files overriding the ones in the .ap archive.

So I have deleted and reinstalled, I have unpacked re-packed and deleted the ap file, nothing has worked to solve the missing textures. I did a search of the unpacked files and found nothing. I'm not sure what's going on with this game. It's so unstable for me. I have done a fresh from Steam install with no mods to anything and have had it work one minute then crash the next time I start the sim still with no mods just to check. Not sure what else to do. Seems like I spend more time getting it to work then actually getting to use it.

Would you mind sharing your computer specs? I can't remember the last time the game crashed on me except once in a while when I hit the restart twenty times while doing a re-paint and I have about approximately a zillion addons, both routes and rolling stock.
