BN RS3K Trouble

The RS3K in this horn pack (http://railworksamerica.com/index.php/d ... =25:sounds) is odd. the Horn_Start and the Horn_Loop are fine but the Horn_End always sounds like im new the unit. I think the horn_end doesn't have a Doppler effect. Is there any way to fix this? Do i need to input some code?

I would love some help right now.
